The zoo is closing after this weekend, along with all the other Smithsonian museums, due to rising rates of COVID. I’ve been trying to see Redd, the young orangutan, on the O-line for the last couple of years, so today was my last chance to see him and I finally got lucky. Not a great shot of him, but at least I got to see him go by, and hopefully will get to see him more next year when things reopen.
